Recommended for you

  1. Go to spaces page
  2. Find the space that you would like to book 
  3. Select the date and available time for your booking
  4. Click on “Book Now” button
  5. Select the preferred payment method
  6. Fill out the payment details  
  7. Click “Confirm” to confirm the payment

You will receive an email confirmation with booking information and invoice details when the payment is confirmed. You will also be able to see the booking on your profile page in “My bookings” section.

That’s it! You have successfully booked a space. Remember to keep the booking confirmation and review any additional details provided by the host before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Make sure to check our cancellation policy (link). We believe the cancellation policy provides clarity and fairness to both guests and hosts.

  1. Log in into your account
  2. Click on “My profile”
  3. Click on “My bookings”
  4. Click on “Cancel booking” button next to the booking that you would like to cancel. You will be informed if there are cancellation fees. You will also see the amount of refund that you will receive if applicable.
  5. Click “Confirm” on the confirmation page to fully cancel the booking you

After submitting your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation and you will receive a refund confirmation (if applicable).

  1. Log in into your account
  2. Click on “My profile” to see your account details
  3. Click on “Delete account” button
  4. Choose the reason on why you are deleting the account (?)
  5. Click on the “Confirm” button

We offer flexibility for our owners. You can always make changes to your listed spaces.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on “My profile” button
  3. Click on “Bookings” button
  4. Click on the “Edit” button next to the space that you would like to edit
  5. You will be redirected to the listing process. Navigate to the section which you would like to update
  6. Ensure that you review everything on the listing before saving the changes
  7. Click on the Save button

Your listing should now reflect the changes you made. If you have multiple listings and need to edit others, repeat the process starting from step 4 for each individual listing you want to update.

  1. Log in into your account
  2. Click on “My profile” to see your account details
  3. Click on “Edit profile” button
  4. Complete the changes (phone number, payment method, etc..)
  5. Click on “Save” changes to confirm the changes

Payment

We offer a seamless and secure payment process through two trusted payment gateways: Stripe and PayPal.

  1. Stripe Payment: If you choose to pay through Stripe, you can use major credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods supported by Stripe. The payment process is encrypted and PCI-compliant, ensuring the safety of your personal and financial information. Check our Stripe payment guide (link).
  2. PayPal Payment: Alternatively, if you choose PayPal as your payment method, you can use your PayPal account balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card associated with your PayPal account. PayPal offers a secure and trusted payment environment. Check our Paypal payment guide (link).

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you can use your PayPal account balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card associated with your PayPal account. PayPal offers a secure and trusted payment environment.

  2. Select Paypal as the payment option
  3. Follow the steps on the Paypal website as you will be redirected to their website

Once the payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with the booking and invoice details. If you have additional questions regarding your booking. You are able to contact the owner through our messaging system.

2.Select Stripe as the payment option

  1. Fill out the payment details (card number, expiry date, cvv code)
  2. Click “Confirm” button

Once the payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with the booking and invoice details. If you have additional questions regarding your booking. You are able to contact the owner through our messaging system.

To find details of your invoice. Login into your account and go to my profile. Click on my invoices button. There you will be able to find the invoice with a price breakdown for each booking. You are able to download the invoice. If you have any questions regarding a booking you can also contact the owner by starting a chat.

You can find your invoice for each booking.

  1. Log in into your account
  2. Click on “My bookings”
  3. Click on “download invoice” or “Details” next to the booking

  4. Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation. The booking will be confirmed, and you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.
  5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Please review our refund and cancellation policy (link) for any possible refund eligibility or cancellation terms.
