Managing your earnings and requesting payouts is an essential aspect of using the Spaceit platform as a host. Before requesting a payout, ensure you have filled out all necessary information on your profile regarding the payout method and identity verification to ensure that you receive your earnings efficiently. Once you have reviewed your payout method information and verified your profile here is a guide on how to request a payout.
- Go to your profile click on “Wallet – Overview” and click on the “Request a payout” button
- Enter the amount (make sure that the requested amount is higher than a minimal amount of payout) for your payout and click on the “Request A Payout” button
When you request a payout the status of your payout will show a pending status (as long as the status of the payout is showing pending, you will not be able to request another payout until Spaceit reviews your request) Spaceit will review your request to make sure that all the bookings have been successfully completed, which signifies that the selected check-out time has passed. Once Spaceit reviews your payout request it will show the completed status if you are eligible for a payout and the amount will be sent to your selected payout method.
It can take up to 3 business days depending on your bank for the payment to appear on your bank account. If you are not eligible for a payout the status will show cancelled and you will receive more information on why the request was cancelled.
